Total Scam!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Beaute MD - Total Scam!
Do not accept a free trial from Beaute Cream or Russia Cream regardless of how good you think it might be. They are only interested in getting your money and are very good at that. They will charge you almost immediately for the product that you thought was free. Then they will keep charging you every month until you figure out a way to cancel which is not easy. Stay away from Beaute Cream or Russian Cream. It is a total scam! There shipments include no information in them not even a packing list or a return address. You have to search on the internet to find any information on this fraudulent company. If you want to return a shipment you need to call them first which is almost impossible to begin with and then you need to get them to give you an RMA number which is almost impossible to get. You will get nothing back. Please be aware this firm is corrupt.

Got 200.00 taking out my account from these people

Beaute MD - Got 200.00 taking out my account from these people
I ordered the trial size which is 0.5 oz tube of wrinkle reducer and 1 oz jar of wrinkle cream which I was under the impression that it only cost 3.95 for shipping with no knowledge that two weeks later my credit card will be charged 192.00. This product is not worth it and something really need to be done with this company for not making what their scam is a little clearer to the customer. Then stealing money out of people's account for that bogus cream, Inprsy something happens to them soon on this problem

Unfavorable experience ripoff

I ordered a free sample for 4.95 shipping and they sent that along with an eye creams for addional 3.95 shipping which I don't remember ordering. this was in December 2017. I didn't realize until my credit card company called advising of a possible fraud that they were trying to bill $105.00 of which I did not authorize. my credit card company is denying payment, thank goodness! you never seem to get anything for free on any advertisements on internet or tv. do no let them get you. all these things are a ripoff, and I feel the government should stop this false advertising

Beaute wrinkle cream DO NOT BUY

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Beaute Inc In Oct 2017, I ordered my "Free Trial Sample" Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Cream and paid only for Shipping and Handeling $ 3.95. I received Two Products.. But I was charged $ 99.95 instead of the $ 3.95, I called Paypal and explained I only agreed to the $ 3.95 shipping cost, so they gave me a Credit for 99.95. However since I received the 2 items they gave the Beaute Inc the money back. I ask the company for a address to return the items and they will not give me a address and now the email address and phone numbers do not work. Scam

This has also happened to me and I am ROYALLY PISSED. I have been charged $99.95 TWO TIMES in the past two months, and am working with my credit card company to resolve the issue.

They have TEMPORARILY reimbursed me for the charges pending verification with the vendor (who I believe is guilty of misleading or fraudulent commerce).

I have just sent an e-mail to the company. I will be surprised if they answer.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, you might want to do that as well.

TOTAL SCAM

Purchased 14 day free trial by paying shipping charges of $8.90. Credit card was charged additionally $89.95 and then $99.95 and nothing more was ordered or delivered. They refused to return my money. They described these huge charges as membership fees which never appeared on anything - not on my order receipt nor in any description. Credit Card company stated that this was a common scam and they would try to get my money back. Have had to cancel my credit card and contact all of those companies that use the card. Am sick about this. Am reluctant to ever buy online again.

False information provided,

I also order a free trial for 14 days. On 7th day I called to cancel the product. I was already charged twice one for 199.99 and other for 189.99. The customer service kept saying that I ordered more products and that my trial bases started from the day of order not delivery. I was told the trial starts from the day of delivery. I tried to reason with them that who in the right mind would give their customers 14 days from the delivery date. It takes at least few days for it to be delivered. They hung up on me. I also called my CC company and canceled my CC. Since I did not authorize these payments, my CC company will hopefully collect the money. These people are unbelievable. I have never been in this situation or dealt with a company that provides false information to just collect money. This company has been reported to BBB. I will hopefully get my money as these people are Fraud. They have to learn not to take advantage of people. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, this company is fraud. The other issue is that the website no longer works. .https://www.beautewrinklereducer.com/index.php Beaute 6276 E Tropical Pkwy Unit K Las Vegas, NV 89115-****

Disgusted!! Don't buy!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I did not see the VERY FINE print either on this sample offer. They also charged my account almost $200 for two tiny bottles of wrinkle cream that definitely are NOT worth it. Not to mention, they make it almost impossible to call. They send the "sample products" out with no paper work saying you will be charged if you do not send this product back and they don't say anywhere in print that is legible that you will be charged for the two different products!! DO NOT BUY!!! This is a total scam. Then when yo do call to cancel they keep trying to sell it to you at a lower price, so obviously it is not worth what they are charging in the first place. Not worth the time or hassle. Please someone learn from my mistakes. Absolutely sick about losing this much money on some face cream.

" I did not see the VERY FINE print "

Read contracts BEFORE signing. This is 100% your own fault.

Doesn't matter one whit if the company is corrupt. You failed to protect yourself.

Learn it, live it, remember it.

The worst experience in Internet shopping EVER

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This product appeared to be promoted by Joanna Gaines so I thought it must be safe to order. Like so many others, I read it as $3.95 and $4.95 for trial offers of two different products. When the products arrived, the company's notation read $0.00 charge for each of the products, and the $3.95 and $4.95 were listed as shipping and handling (clearly not what the ad said). Seventeen days later, my credit card was billed for $99.95 for one product and $89.95 for the other. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. To date, they have received confirmation from the company that there will be no future charges to my account, and my credit card company is working hard to get them to relieve the current ones. It is simply shocking to me that a company can so blatantly deceive people and be so unconcerned about the financial hardship it may create for others. As a result of this experience, I will never order any beauty products through the Internet again.

The way they time the shipping and billing makes it impossible to refuse and/or cancel. That same timing means the credit card company eats the charges to keep their cardholders happy.

The only way to stop this is for the credit card company to refuse Beaute charges to begin with. This is out and out stealing.

Shame on them! (By the way, the product is worthless.)

Total scam!! DO NOT buy the "special" Beaute wrinkle reducer!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I agreed to purchase the Beaute wrinkle reducer and pay for the shipping costs of $3.95. After 8 days my credit card was charged for $99.95. I immediately called the company and they refused to credit my card. I am now filing a dispute with my bank for a refund. I am shocked and disheartened of this very poor business practice. Even if I loved the product , I will never use this company again as they basically lie and deceive to sell their products. Sad to see. If they make such a great product, wouldn't they stand behind it and know it will sell for itself after the initial sample instead of stealing peoples money!? I hope this helps stop someone else from NOT buying anything from BEAUTE!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I did not catch that the free trial had strings and that you would be charged more than $200 for the free trial! when I saw the charges I called my card company and they gave me the phone numbers to cancel. I was able to cancel future shipments but I am stuck paying $200 for my free trial, they would not even let me return it. I don't think the product did anything more than any $30 cream would have done. I was not impressed. I guess Joanna is a grifter...very disappointed, I thought she was a better person than this. Are her kids really hers or did they just hire actors? I guess if it were a good product, you would not have to *** people out of their money! Shame on Joanna and crew!

Beaute Creme is a scam!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Why doesn't the direct marketing people go after businesses like these? I was charged the $4.95 and then immediately $99.95. While I am fighting these charges with my credit card company I'm charged another $89.95. Their response to my credit card company was 11 pages long...bottom line they said if they were hit with a chargeback that I would be guilty of theft and they would file with "appropriate local and federal authorities" and i would be investigated!!!! They also stated that all activity of my IP address is being monitored and that the information may be used in a civil or criminal case. REALLY!! I just ordered a sample of face cream! Wow did I ever learn a lesson! Just finished cancelling my credit card and getting another one however I may end up in prison for theft and not be able to use it.

Beautemd.com absolute scammer

This company is a total scammer. IF YOU SEE AD SHOW UP FOR WRINKLE REDUCER OR WRINKLE CREAM trial for $3.95 and $4.95 DO NOT RESPOND. They will charge you $99.97 and $89.97 for the products within 1-2 wks of receiving so called trial. The only way I was able to contact them was a # on the on product. They only offered 25% back, when pressured it lead to 50% but no more. This was unacceptable, but they refused to credit entire amount. I later found out that many people have been enticed and scammed as well.. This company mimics a Canadian company with no connection to US company. They have received many complaints due to similar name but do not have any connection with US company. Thankfully they e-mailed me to address my concern and give me this information. I hope this helps others stay alert to these preditors. friendshelpfiends!!!!

What a Rip-Off - Beaute Anti-wrinkle Creme

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Thought I was buying "sample" products as advertised for $4.95. Did not see all the fine print where it states that I had to cancel within 14 days. The charged my card $200 and refuse to return it. I have been out of work for 6 months and have no income. They don't care about their consumers or anybody. I have called three times - 3 months in a row. They keep saying, "we will expedite this to ???" They never tell you where. They cannot transfer you to anyone in authority and they say they don't have another number you can call. Well, guess what, my next complaint goes to the NYS and Nevada AG offices. The company address is: 6276 E. Tropical Parkway K-, Las Vegas, NV 89115
